How do I choose my size?

Do the pieces offer compression?
Our pieces are designed with a supportive, body-hugging fit. The level of compression varies by style, so check each product description for details.
Is the fabric see-through?
Each style is selected for comfort and coverage during normal wear. For lighter colours or close-fitting styles, choose the size and underwear that feel right for you.
Can I wear AM Move beyond the gym?
Yes. AM Move is made to move with you from training to everyday plans - style it your way, with or without layers.
How should I wash my AM Move pieces?
To help preserve stretch and colour, wash inside out on a cool, gentle cycle. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, tumble drying and ironing.
Shipping and orders
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the UK.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times shown at checkout depend on your location and selected service. We will email you once your order has been dispatched.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we will email you with tracking information when it is available for your delivery service.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is being processed or dispatched.
Exchanges and payments
Can I exchange for another size?
If another size is available, contact us with your order details. Items must meet the conditions in our Exchanges and Returns policy.
How do I request a return?
Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with the next steps in line with our returns policy.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to show it.
